Alex and Dakota did a great job. Called Sunday for non emergency service and Wingate had it done by Monday afternoon, and had called to get the appointment set by 8 AM. I’ve used Wingate before and have always been satisfied with their service. I have an older air conditioner and they come out once a season to check it out and have never pushed me to get a new one. Our air conditioner stopped cooling the other night and they were quick to call back. They came out early the next morning and found it neede a capacitor. They replaced it and we were back in business. Great job and friendly service.They came back a few years later and replaced our air conditioner, they did a great job and were very reliable. Came on time and had it done in 4-5 hours. Justin and Justin did a great job.
Our AC went out on a very hot summer day, and Wingate responded quickly to our inquiry that morning.By the afternoon, Ty was at our house for the repair. He walked us through the issues and estimates for repair. Given the age of our HVAC system, we also asked for quotes to have it replaced. Aaron was fantastic. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, providing us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. Shortly thereafter, Nate and Justin were out to replace both the AC and furnace. They demonstrated the new units and explained how to use the new equipment. All team members were polite, professional, and punctual (always calling ahead of time as a courtesy). First time customer after calling around and trying to find someone to come out in a reasonable time frame to check/clean our AC. Impressed by the communication once I made the appointment - text, email - confirming the appointment, reminder the day before, call the day of - all great communication.Our technician, Dakota, was fantastic! She was very thorough in her inspection both inside and out, documented the entire inspection in pictures (before and after) and walked me through everything before signing off. She also got me signed up for their bi-annual membership program for HVAC system checks. A great value not just for the cost of the Service, but also provides access to 24/7 service if something goes out. Highly recommend and wish more service companies operated this way!!Also great to see a young, ambitious lady like Dakota getting involved in a career in the trades.
