They think of all the little details, even as far as cleanup, which could’ve been a messy job for myself, but they took care of that as part of the service. my loyalty will always lie with this company because of how we have been treated. I am a Wingate customer Now! I had been using another company for years but had seen the billboards and thought I might try them next time I need service. Well it was sooner than I thought. I needed to to turn my heat on this week and I knew immediately there was an issue. I called and spoke to Travis he was very efficient and got me scheduled. Alex came out and so professional and on time. He fixed my system and educated me on additional options for my system. Great Company! Thanks Wingate!!

I recently had Wingate out to my house for a furnace check-up as part of their annual Maintenance Plan. (the plan is only $9.99 a month and includes a ton of great incentives) Prior to the appointment, I received multiple reminders with detailed information, including a picture of who was going to be at my home. Alex called to let me know he was about 10 minutes out, asking if the timing was still convenient for me ... and even asked about any pets to be aware of, or young children who may be napping! Extremely thoughtful. When he arrived he had a new trainee with him, Robbie. They were both exceedingly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They performed the furnace inspection in a very timely manner and reviewed every possible next step with me regarding maintenance, cleaning and part-replacement options ... with no high pressure. Perfect job.A+ service and highly recommend!

This was my first time ever needing a plumbing service and Wingate did such a fantastic job! For starters, they were able to set me up with an appointment very quickly and kept me up to date in the lead up to my appointment. The service technician, Ty, provided excellent customer service. He clearly explained every step of the process and all of my different options to remedy my issue while answering any questions I had. After the service, I got a bag of caramels in the mail which was a fun surprise. The customer service was top-notch at every step— friendly, professional, & fast. I will definitely look to Wingate for any future heating/cooling/plumbing needs.

Alex and Dakota did a great job. Called Sunday for non emergency service and Wingate had it done by Monday afternoon, and had called to get the appointment set by 8 AM. We have used them several times and it's always this way. Techs are helpful, knowledge, and professional. Office communication is REALLY good as well. I Appreciate this type of above and beyond service from any service company. THANKS Wingate!

I’ve used Wingate before and have always been satisfied with their service. I have an older air conditioner and they come out once a season to check it out and have never pushed me to get a new one. Our air conditioner stopped cooling the other night and they were quick to call back. They came out early the next morning and found it neede a capacitor. They replaced it and we were back in business. Great job and friendly service.They came back a few years later and replaced our air conditioner, they did a great job and were very reliable. Came on time and had it done in 4-5 hours. Justin and Justin did a great job.

When my A/C stopped working in the dead of summer I had no idea what to do… luckily, my friend mentioned Wingate and I’ve never been so pleased by a professional service. Our AC went out on a very hot summer day, and Wingate responded quickly to our inquiry that morning.By the afternoon, Ty was at our house for the repair. He walked us through the issues and estimates for repair. Given the age of our HVAC system, we also asked for quotes to have it replaced. Aaron was fantastic. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable, providing us with the information we needed to make an informed decision. Shortly thereafter, Nate and Justin were out to replace both the AC and furnace. They demonstrated the new units and explained how to use the new equipment. All team members were polite, professional, and punctual (always calling ahead of time as a courtesy). It is evident throughout their consistent communication that Wingate truly has the customers’ best interests in mind. We highly recommend Wingate!

Our A/C has not been holding up to the heat outside and Wingate was able to help us out right away! We gave them a call and Ty and Robby showed up the same day to help.
