I've done business with them twice. 1 for my ac unit and the other when my heat stopped working when the temp was almost 0°. They were not only fast to respond and professional but they diagnosed the problem and laid out my options simply and effectively. Turned out I needed the heater replaced. Mike and the team came out the next day to replace it days before the temperature fell below zero. Super grateful for this company and the professionalism they provided. Top notch customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

This is our second time dealing with Wingate. I called to have a furnace inspection (my furnace was over 17 years old) and was shown evidence of a faulty furnace. We were given many options to either repair or replace it, and we decided to replace the furnace. I was pleasantly surprised when Wingate was able to handle the replacement the next day. The installation team showed up on time and completed the job in a very timely manner. Our whole experience from first call to job completion went very well. I highly recommend Wingate for ant HVAC needs.

The moment I spoke with the receptionist I knew I wanted to work with Wingate. The woman was kind and compassionate. She was encouraging that their team would take great care of us and that's exactly what they did. The communication from the entire team was excellent. I appreciated the text I received before every technician arrived and the fact that it had their photo so I knew who was on their way. Ty was the first technician that we worked with and he was wonderful. He walked us through step by step on his process and what to expect from him while he was at our home. The sales rep Michael was informative and he did not feel salesy or push to make the sale. He answered every question that we had about the equipment and the financial aspect as well. Wingate was quick to arrive even on the holiday weekend when our heat went out during a cold snap. Our service tech, Ty, was so kind and took the time to explain everything that was going on, and went above and beyond his duty to make additional calls for us to try and get our system replaced faster. I really like how well Technician Ty took care of my furnace maintenance on 11/26/2024 and hope he will be able handle it in the future.

Great experience from the Salesman to installation. The salesman explained everything in detail. Financing was easy. Techs did a great job. Very clean, organized. Went through the complete system with me then again with my husband. Not rushed at all. Overall a great experience from start to finish.

We contacted Wingate for a free roof inspection after we found shingles in our yard following a storm. Emily left us with a great first impression and had Lonny come out to conduct a thorough inspection. Lonny was extremely thorough and ensured nothing was overlooked. He identified several issues with our roof and guided us through the eventual insurance process, making the experience much less stressful with his knowledge and experience.
